By accessing or using the services provided by PROTECT MY DATA L.L.C-FZ ("protectmydata", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

protectmydata provides privacy protection services including:

• Scanning data broker databases to identify your exposed personal information
• Submitting removal requests to data brokers on your behalf
• Monitoring data broker sites for re-appearance of your information
• Providing reports on your privacy protection status
• Our privacy specialists review broker responses and manually follow up where required to help ensure your removal requests are acted upon

Authorization to request removals

When you complete a paid purchase, you authorize PROTECT MY DATA L.L.C-FZ to act on your behalf solely to find your personal information and submit and follow up on requests to remove or suppress it from data brokers and people-search services under your selected plan. Your completed purchase is your electronic authorization for these requests. We record the authorization using your name and the date of your purchase and can provide a copy in your account. No separate signature or checkbox is required. This authorization covers your own information only, not other household members. You may revoke it through your account; revocation stops new requests but does not itself cancel your subscription.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. The specific features and pricing for each plan are described on our website.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

• We cannot guarantee removal from all data brokers, as some may not comply with removal requests
• Removal times vary by data broker and may take several weeks
• Your information may reappear on data broker sites after removal
• We are not responsible for information that exists outside of the data brokers we monitor

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by protectmydata and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROTECT MY DATA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
