What happens next

Use the timing for your actual request type. The form's 15-business-day language appears in its California sale opt-out section, not as a promise for every deletion request.

Save the submitted listing URL or identifying details, request date and every response. Received, processing and completed are different states.

After the site reports completion, check the original listing and search again for matching records. A temporary error, access block or empty search alone does not prove deletion.

Check other websites separately. Keep a reminder to review the original site again, rather than assuming one request protects every copy forever.

If you use a registered MyLife account, note the form's separate statement about deleting accounts associated with the supplied email. We did not test account or billing consequences.

What removal covers

MyLife's privacy form combines deletion and opt-out requests. The published page says matching profile listings will be removed, and explains that details are needed to distinguish people with similar names.

Profile and account effects
The form says an included email will be unsubscribed and accounts registered with that email will be deleted. Read this notice first if you use a MyLife account.
Deletion and opt-out differ
The page describes legally required time frames generally, then a 15-business-day period specifically for its California sale opt-out instructions. That is not a universal profile-deletion deadline.
One website's copy
A website opt-out concerns that site's data offering. It does not erase an original public record or automatically remove the same information from other websites.
Search results
A search result can lag behind the underlying page. Check the actual listing separately from Google or other search engines; this guide does not promise a delisting deadline.

Having trouble?

You cannot find a profile URL

The inspected form provides a Find your profile listing link and a profile-URL field that is not marked required. Use the current required matching fields rather than guessing someone else's URL.

The form or email check fails

The official form names membersupport@mylife.com for additional support. Its privacy policy also lists this address for privacy requests. Keep your details limited to what is necessary and never include a password.

The page is blocked or will not load

Try the official page again later in a current browser. Do not bypass an access challenge, buy a background report to unlock removal or treat a blocked page as a completed request.

A request is marked received, but the listing remains

Check the response for its status and any published processing guidance. Keep your original request details for a follow-up through the site's official privacy or support route.

Google still shows the old result

Open the underlying page first. If it has genuinely changed or disappeared, you can use Google's Refresh Outdated Content tool. This is a separate process, not a promise of immediate search removal.

MyLife opt-out FAQs

Which MyLife removal page should I use?

Start at https://www.mylife.com/privacyrequest. This is the current form inspected for this guide.

What information does the form require?

The inspected form marks state, name, location, birth year, an email validator and human verification as required. Middle initial, alias and profile URL fields also appear. Check the live form for changes.

Is a profile URL mandatory?

It was not marked required in the inspected form. A correct link can identify the listing, but the current required fields are the starting point.

How long does MyLife deletion take?

The form says requests are processed within legally required time frames. Its California sale opt-out section gives 15 business days. We did not verify a universal 10-to-15-day deletion promise.

Could the request affect my MyLife account?

Yes. The form says it will unsubscribe the supplied email and delete accounts registered using it. Read that notice before submitting. This guide does not establish any subscription or refund outcome.
