Does ProtectMyData provide ongoing monitoring?
Yes. All paid plans include recurring data-broker checks and re-removal when supported listings reappear. Basic and Family use the standard recurring schedule. Pro and Family Pro include weekly data-broker re-scans.
Does ProtectMyData include dark-web monitoring?
Dark-web monitoring is included with Pro and Family Pro. Eligible accounts are checked weekly. Results and new-exposure alerts appear in the member dashboard. ProtectMyData does not describe this as real-time monitoring.
What search and intelligence tools are included?
Pro and Family Pro include Search Presence, Social Media Profiles, Spam Blocker and unlimited custom removal requests. Search Presence checks public Google and Bing results for the member's submitted name and email, and for eligible family-member names. Its automatic check runs about every 30 days. These are privacy tools, not investigative or background-check services.
Is ProtectMyData available in Australia?
Yes. Australian residents are eligible to purchase and use ProtectMyData. Removal availability and timing vary by broker, the information found, applicable law and whether a broker accepts the request. ProtectMyData cannot guarantee removal from every site. Public prices are offered in USD, EUR and GBP, not AUD.
How does public pricing work?
The pricing page defaults to annual billing and can be switched to monthly billing. An annual card's monthly figure is the annual total divided by 12 for comparison; the annual total is charged for the year. Prices are available in USD, EUR and GBP. Catalog prices are before tax. VAT is added at checkout where applicable for UK and EU customers.
What is the 30-day refund policy?
The Terms of Service say that a customer may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date. Requests are reviewed by the support team. This statement applies to the initial purchase and does not create a broader promise for renewals or later charges.
