The Privacy Operations team protects our members by removing their data and staying ahead of how brokers collect and sell it. As a Senior Privacy Analyst you set the standard for how we investigate exposure, design removal strategy, and measure the harm we prevent.
The opportunity
This is a role for an experienced privacy professional who wants real ownership. You will lead investigations into how data spreads, shape the playbooks the wider team follows, and act as a trusted expert for both members and colleagues.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead investigations into how member data is collected, shared, and sold across the web
- Design and refine the removal playbooks the operations team relies on
- Analyse removal performance and recommend changes that lift confirmation rates
- Advise on complex or high-risk cases that need senior judgement
- Mentor specialists and help raise the quality bar across the team
Skills and attributes for success
- Several years of experience in privacy, compliance, security, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn messy data into clear action
- A solid grasp of data protection principles and broker ecosystems
- Excellent written communication for playbooks, reports, and member guidance
- A calm, senior presence when handling sensitive or high-stakes cases
