Engineering builds the products and systems that let us protect people at scale, from the member dashboard to the automation that files thousands of removals. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer you will work across the whole stack to ship features that members feel and rely on.
The opportunity
This is a role for a seasoned engineer who likes ownership end to end. You will lead features from idea to production, set technical direction, and help us keep a fast-growing codebase clean and dependable.
Your key responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full stack features across our web app and backend services
- Own projects end to end, from technical design through release and monitoring
- Raise our engineering standards through code review, testing, and clear documentation
- Partner with product and design to turn ideas into reliable, polished experiences
- Mentor other engineers and help shape how the team works
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong experience building production web applications with modern JavaScript and TypeScript
- Comfort across the stack, including React, Node, and relational databases
- A track record of shipping and maintaining features used by real customers
- Care for code quality, performance, and security
- Clear communication and a collaborative, pragmatic approach
