Data is how we understand exposure, measure removals, and prove the harm we prevent. As a Data Engineer you will build the pipelines and models that turn raw signals from hundreds of sources into something the whole company can act on.
The opportunity
This is a role for someone who loves clean, trustworthy data. You will own how data flows through the company, build pipelines that scale, and give every team a clear view of what is really happening.
Your key responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines that bring together signals from many sources
- Design models and warehouses that make reporting fast and reliable
- Ensure data quality, lineage, and privacy across everything we store
- Partner with analysts and product to surface the metrics that matter
- Automate the manual data work that slows teams down
Skills and attributes for success
- Experience building data pipelines and working with SQL and a modern data stack
- Strong understanding of data modelling and warehouse design
- Care for data quality, privacy, and security
- Comfort with Python or a similar language for data work
- A practical, detail-focused approach to problem solving
