    Data Engineer

    RemoteFull time$115,000 to $150,000

    Job description

Data is how we understand exposure, measure removals, and prove the harm we prevent. As a Data Engineer you will build the pipelines and models that turn raw signals from hundreds of sources into something the whole company can act on.

    The opportunity

This is a role for someone who loves clean, trustworthy data. You will own how data flows through the company, build pipelines that scale, and give every team a clear view of what is really happening.

    Your key responsibilities

    • Build and maintain data pipelines that bring together signals from many sources
    • Design models and warehouses that make reporting fast and reliable
    • Ensure data quality, lineage, and privacy across everything we store
    • Partner with analysts and product to surface the metrics that matter
    • Automate the manual data work that slows teams down

    Skills and attributes for success

    • Experience building data pipelines and working with SQL and a modern data stack
    • Strong understanding of data modelling and warehouse design
    • Care for data quality, privacy, and security
    • Comfort with Python or a similar language for data work
    • A practical, detail-focused approach to problem solving

    What we offer you

    Competitive salary reviewed every year
Fully remote work with flexible hours
Generous paid time off and company-wide recharge days
    Health and wellness budget
Home office stipend to set up your space
Learning and development fund for courses and conferences
Free lifetime data protection for you and your family

If you want your data work to directly protect people, this is a rare chance to do exactly that.
